conSensuality in-person session agreements
Agreements are the most important part of any interaction. They create consent, and help both of us to stay safe, and clear about what is and isn't possible. By coming to the session you are agreeing to the following guidelines.
What can happen in the sessions:
Each session will include:
- structured exercises to open connection with your body and with each other, and build awareness and communication skills between us
- time to explore touch and the body
- reflection time.
What kind of touch is possible?
There is no requirement for any specific kind of touch – either erotic or non-erotic; clothed or unclothed. We will make choices and agreements about what feels right during each session, and we will stop and re-negotiate these agreements if we need to during a session.
As we progress, invitations for touch may include two-way, erotic, non-genital and/or genital touch within the clear limits and agreements we have made.
Arousal is definitely welcome. We will not aim for, or hold a specific intention to include ejaculation, (but if it happens it’s welcome).
There are certain kinds of touch or interaction that will always be off-limits for me, these include:
- Any kind of restraint
- Breath restriction, violence, or intentional bodily harm
- Unprotected intercourse, and internal ejaculation
Some kinds of touch, may be possible but will require discussion and agreement from both of us. These include:
- Kissing
- Oral genital stimulation
- Anal penetration (of any kind, ie: fingers, toys or genitals)
The importance of being able to stop or change
What we do is led by your needs, but I’ll also be authentic in my responses.
We can both choose to stop or change our minds about anything we’re doing, or any requests that have been made, at any time without explanation.
A note about drugs and alcohol
The focs of this work is learning new ways to feel and connect, and you’ll get more out of it if you’re as present as you can be in each moment. As a coach I will not enter a session under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol, and I ask the same of you as a participant.
If I believe you are under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol during any of our sessions (either online or in person) I reserve the right to terminate the coaching pathway, and in this instance no money already paid will be refundable.
Sexual health:
Sexual health and safety is vital for both of us. Working in a way which can include physical intimacy is not just about the two of us - it impacts everyone else that each of us may share intimate body space with.
I undergo regular sexual health screening and checkups. I request that, if this is not already part of your self-care, you access sexual health screening services during the month prior to our in-person sessions, and inform me of any results which may impact our work together.
What these sessions are not:
Working with me in this way does not constitute or imply:
- A sex hookup
- An erotic 'happy ending' massage
- An ongoing personal relationship with me outside the session space
- Any guarantee of ongoing work with me beyond these defined sessions
